Dr. Kelly Pearson is a proud midwesterner who grew up in Minnesota. She got out of the cold and came to Arizona for her undergraduate education at Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University. After completing her thesis and graduating summa cum laude, she was accepted to the Chicago Medical School. While in medical school, she was selected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. After graduating medical school, Dr. Pearson completed her internship in Internal Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. She then completed a Dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina as a Tarheel.

She joyfully returned back to Arizona to practice. Practicing in Scottsdale has reinforced her passion for skin cancer prevention and treatment. As a Board Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Pearson provides expertise and services for all ages and skin types. She is trained in many cosmetic procedures and treatments, but her true passion lies in medical dermatology. Helping her patients manage skin cancers, acne, and autoimmune conditions provides her with a sense of fulfillment. Attending conferences and reading dermatologic journals to maintain her breadth of knowledge helps her continually provide the best care possible. She loves to treat and get to know her patients’ entire families. In her free time, Dr. Pearson enjoys tennis, hiking, running, snowboarding, and reading. She also loves spending time with her family and visiting home.
