Care Designed with Intention
This program is designed for patients who value ongoing, physician-guided care and want priority access, preferred pricing, and meaningful savings throughout the year.
From your initial comprehensive assessment to quarterly treatment planning and ongoing access to personalized recommendations, every aspect of your care is designed with intention, discretion, and attention to detail.
$450 is billed monthly to the card on file. Membership requires a 12-month minimum commitment; it then renews monthly until cancelled. Unused monthly credit rolls over up to two months. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire upon cancellation. The quarterly signature treatment must be used within its quarter. One rollover of quarterly treatment allowed annually. Referral credit is issued once the referred member’s first payment is processed. See front desk for complete membership terms.
