Membership Policies
Commitment The Device and Facial Club Memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. The Injectable Membership requires a minimum 12-month commitment. | Membership Renewals Membership contracts will automatically renew monthly on the first of every month. |Membership Cancellation Policy Membership cancellation must be emailed to info@cleardermatology.net and received 30 days prior to your credit card processing date. | Appointment Cancellations All appointment cancellations will require a 24-hour cancellation notice, or you will be charged a fee of $100.00.
